An Ji Yu Ling Long was just introduced in the year 2011 but has quickly gained reputation as it is highly regarded by many tea connoisseurs. Like An Ji Bai Cha, it is processed using tea leaves picked from Bai Cha Yi Hao (White Tea No. 1 Species) tea plants and processed using a new method created by Qian Dao Wan White Tea Company. This processing technique is able to enhance the tea taste and aroma. Researches have shown that Bai Cha Yi Hao plant has low chlorophyll and polyphenols content (which explains the whitish-green tea leaves) but is very rich in amino acids. It has almost twice the amount comparing to other green teas. Amino acid helps suppress cortisol and reduces stress.
