We recommend using purple clay tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use 1 gram of Cha Gao for every 150ml of water. Steep in hot water at 100°c (212°F) for around 30 seconds. Each gram of Cha Gao can make 2 to 3 infusions. |
