| Yong Chun County has been growing Tie Guan Yin tea plants for more than a hundred years but only recently (early 1980s) made it available for commercial purposes. These tea plants were originally from An Xi and were transplanted to Yong Chun by an old monk during the late Qing Dynasty. After such a long period, this Tie Guan Yin has adopted some of the charming qualities from native Yong Chun's teas - offering the promise of a sensational new Tie Guan Yin experience. Other names: Yong Chun Iron Goddess of Mercy Taste: Yong Chun Tie Guan Yin has a special rich taste and somewhat creamy texture, while the wonderful flowery fragrance of Tie Guan Yin gradually develops with each sipping.
