    Using a Gaiwan to brew your teas (Basic style)
    Step 1
    Rinse and pre-heat the
    Gaiwan with hot water.
    Step 2
    Put the tea leaves into
    the Gaiwan.
    Step 3
    Pour hot water.

    Steep the tea leaves.

    Step 5
    Pour the tea into a pitcher or
    glass (filter the tea leaves).
    Step 6
    It is ready to serve.
